Acceptable use
AI Memo is for your personal use as a private diary. Don't use the app to violate any law, infringe anyone else's rights, or interfere with the app's operation or security.
Subscriptions & billing
AI Memo offers a Free plan and a Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed and managed by Google Play or the App Store, depending on where you downloaded the app. Pricing, billing cycles, and refunds are subject to that store's terms and policies.
Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your Google Play or App Store account settings. Cancelling stops future billing; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Your content
You own the diary entries, audio, and any other content you create in AI Memo. We don't claim any ownership over it, and — as described in our Privacy Policy— your entries and audio stay on your device unless you choose to back them up to your own Google Drive.
No warranty
AI Memo is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AI Memo after an update means you accept the revised terms.
